Custom Items:
Q: What is the process to place a custom order?
A: Email artwork to cthreadsmb@gmail.com, in the email include the below:
Date needed, sizing information, finished product being requested (transfer or martial production)
Q: When is payment due for my order?
A: A deposit of 50% is due at time of order, remaining balance is due prior to at delivery.
Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Delivery time will be based on the requirements of your order and will be stated once all requirements have been presented.
Q:I need to make a change to my request?
A: Changes can be made prior to production. Once production has started changes can be made for an additional fee.
Q: What happens if I do not like my custom item?
A: Custom items are just that custom, they are made to your provided requirements. If we have delivered what was requested there is little to no room for adjustment. If we make an error to the request will make the need adjustments and if the items is unfixable we will refund your deposit.

Q: Where I can find Pinky?
A: We post weekly our public locations to our social media, website and customer email.
Q: How do I book Pinky? Is there a fee?
A: To book Pinky please email us at cthreadsmb@gmail.com Pinky Booking (In subject line), provide desired date(s) and event details. There is no fee to book the truck for a private shopping event, we asked that there are 10 guest or more guest in attendance. If you would like to host sip & craft in addition to a shopping event there is a per person fee for the sip & craft portion.
Returns
Q: I received an item but it doesn't fit?
A: You have 3 days from time of purchase or receipt of items via mail to send an email to cthreadsmb@gmail.com with Return/Exchange (in the title). A refund or exchange will be coordinated, if a refund is required it will completed once the items have been received.
Shipping
Q: When will my items ship?
A: Items ship within two business days.
Q: When can I pick up my items?
A: Items can be picked up the next business day. Please follow pick up directions.
